watercolor flowers

Had my stampin up club tonight and this was one of the projects we did. very pretty even if my coloring isn't the best. I don't always water color very well.

flowers
I know I have been gone for a long time. Its been crazy and not stopping anytime soon. But I have a few things to add to my blog so will schedule them out. I did this in a stampin up workshop. great flower isn't it? and of course I had to have the scallop border punch.

flower

Did this for a cotm swap. I hadn't used these stamps by CTMH so figured it was a good time. I had the cuttlebug background done from a previous card I made.
Two things its pink and has a bow I must have been working with my alter ego that day. lol

embrace life tiles
Love this stampin up set. I don't think you can go wrong on these. I wasn't happy with the tiles I like the more rough looking tiles they are more porous. but anyhow used them. Used stampin up craft ink for this and the set is called Embrace life.
used a dauber to put color on the flower.

pretty in pink

everyone knows pink is not my thing so this was a tough challenge. another card from the virtual stamp night this one had to be pink floral.
I stamped the stampin up stamps on the background paper. Added a clear sheet of acetate that was embossed with the cuttlebug. This is hard to see because of the photo but in person it looks cool. then stamped a few more flowers and colored them then added them to the top of the acetate. it gives it a good dimensional look.
