Teddy bear atc's

The challenge was teddy bears on an ATC. My first attempt was a patriotic theme and the bear was colored with marker then flocked. I just wasn't happy with it it lacked something hmm now that I think about it stickles might have helped it Oh well to late its mailed.

My second attempt I was much happier with. though the picture is blurry, serves me right for not checking it before I mailed it. The background is cuttlebug then distressed a bit. then rest is made with punches

CONGRATULATIONS SUE!!!!!

My sister in law has completed and passed her cosmetology test. For her second career she decided that is what she wanted to do so after decades of working for someone else she will soon be on her own.

So I made her a quick card to say congrats

No stamping but lots of tool usage.

The background is cuttlebug, love that new one I can see me using it a lot.

the words are cricut. Still learning this machine

And the scissors are made from stampin up large and small oval punches and the word window. All put together with a little brad. my demonstrator just showed me this and its adorable.

well I hope to posting on a bit more regular schedule with a few interruptions. thanks for looking

long last

Did you miss me?? Well I didn't drop off the face of the earth just been way to busy.

we had our sons graduation in June with lots of family visiting. after they left we had a few days and more family came to visit.

then it was July and our anniversary (20 happy years) and we were off to Disney world for our adult vacation. Had a wonderful time too.

then back home and DH had to head to air guard duty which was lots of prep and then it was me all alone doing it all.

I felt like I haven't stamped in ages. But I do have some things to post the first of which has no stamping but lots of tool usage coming up in my next post.
