playing with chalk

Used the grass from the cone set by stamping up for this. Embossed with craft brown. Then using chalks put layers of yellow, orange, green, light purple and eggplant. Used a punch circle as a mask. finished off with some black ink around the edges and layered. Lastly a small punch to make the cattail.

Not sure I like doing chalks as much as I like sponging with ink but it was a good challenge for myself.



Here is a close up so you can see the punch used. Clever indeed but the whole card was an idea my stampin up demonstrator gave me.
