this was a totally fun card. I absolutely love this border punch too. We made two of these cards. One without dry embossing on the background paper and one with. below is a close up of the punch and the embossing. 
Use a 3 x 3 square to create this punched frame. Have you seen your stampin up demo lately?? if not better giver her a call she may just have something new to show you.oh by the way I am scheduling a bunch of cards one for each day and keep watch I used this punched frame again and I love what I did.
